PulsePoint is designed for K–12 special education and related staff workflows: IEP goal tracking, assignments with accommodations, progress monitoring, behavior/MTSS documentation, and classroom tools. Use is intended for authorized school personnel in an educational setting.
The PulsePoint software is released under the MIT License. See the LICENSE file in the repository. You may use, copy, modify, and distribute the software subject to the license terms. Trademark names (PulsePoint, TunsonCloud, PulsePoint Goal Suite™) remain as described in LICENSE.
Student records handled in PulsePoint are education records under FERPA when deployed by a school or district. Access is limited to authorized staff. Districts are responsible for role assignment, passcodes, and deployment configuration.
The district demo stack (e.g. port 13002) uses a separate sandbox database. Do not enter real student PII in demo unless your district has approved a sanitized pilot dataset.
Where enabled, AI outputs (e.g. draft IEP growth notes, daily assignment plans) are staff review only and must not be sent to families or students without human verification.
PulsePoint does not provide medical, psychological, or legal advice. Optional wellness integrations (where configured) are for staff awareness only—not diagnosis or treatment.
