How goals get updated
• All students / all goals: open IEP System and click Run growth scan. That reads student_progress (assignment scores) and updates growth notes, On Track / Limited Progress, and timestamps. Does not use Ollama.
• One goal at a time:Suggest uses Ollama for wording — you must click Apply to save that goal. Pull a model in Ollama (e.g. llama3.2) or you’ll see the offline template.
